SSP Group plc has announced that Satya-Christophe Menard, the CEO of Continental Europe, has been granted an award under the company’s Restricted Share Plan. The award, which consists of a conditional grant to acquire ordinary shares, will vest over a three-year period contingent upon meeting certain performance criteria. This move is a significant part of the company’s long-term incentive plan for its management team.
