SSP Group Exec Completes Share Transactions

SSP Group plc (GB:SSPG) has released an update.

SSP Group plc has announced a key managerial figure, Jeremy Fennell, the CEO of Nordics & Continental Europe, has recently engaged in transactions involving the company’s shares. Fennell exercised his award under the company’s Restricted Share Plan and subsequently sold part of the acquired shares to cover tax obligations. The transactions, which were conducted on the London Stock Exchange, involved the sale of 22,070 shares at a price of £1.729478 each.
