SSE plc has announced that as of September 2, 2024, their issued share capital consists of 1,096,241,115 ordinary shares, with 2,756,642 held in treasury and not eligible for voting. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 1,093,484,473. Shareholders can use this number as a reference for declaring any changes in their share ownership as required by the FCA’s rules.
