SSE PLC has announced the grant of options over 186,163 ordinary shares to employees as part of its Irish all-employee savings-related share option scheme at £14.22 per share, which includes a grant to Director Barry O’Regan. The share options were allocated on 30 August 2024, marking an initial notification under the EU Market Abuse Regulation. These transactions were conducted outside of a trading venue.
