SSE PLC is set to expand its share base by issuing over 12 million new ordinary shares as part of its Scrip Dividend Scheme for the final dividend of the fiscal year ending March 2024. These new shares will be on par with the existing shares and are anticipated to be admitted to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange by September 19, 2024.
