SRG Global Secures Funding for Strategic Acquisition

SRG Global Limited (AU:SRG) has released an update.

SRG Global Ltd has announced a successful $60 million institutional placement to fund the acquisition of Diona Pty Ltd, a company specializing in water security and energy transition. The placement attracted strong interest, exceeding the targeted amount, with shares issued at a slight discount of $0.83 each. Additionally, the company is offering a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to eligible shareholders, aiming to raise up to $6 million.
