SRG Global Limited has opened a share purchase plan (SPP) to raise up to A$6 million, following its A$60 million institutional placement. Eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand can now subscribe for new shares at A$0.83 each, with a cap of A$30,000 per shareholder. The offer, detailed in the SPP Booklet, closes on September 10, 2024, and interested parties are advised to consult with professional advisers.
