SRG Global Director Increases Shareholding

SRG Global Limited (AU:SRG) has released an update.

SRG Global Limited has announced a change in director Mr. Kerry Wilson’s interest, where he has increased his indirect ownership by purchasing an additional 4,253 fully paid ordinary shares via an investment account for which he is the sole beneficiary. Post this transaction, Mr. Wilson now holds a total of 86,474 shares, representing a small but noteworthy change in his stake in the company.
