SRE Group Limited has announced the further adjournment of its Special General Meeting (SGM), originally scheduled for 29 May 2024, with a new date to be determined by the board. The adjournment was unanimously approved by the attending shareholders, with the company committing to issue a new notice for the rescheduled meeting promptly. The agenda for the postponed SGM, which includes the substantial disposal of a 51% equity interest in Shanghai Jinxin, remains unchanged.
