SRE Group AGM Results: Director Changes and Auditor Re-appointment

SRE Group Limited (HK:1207) has released an update.

SRE Group Limited held its Annual General Meeting on October 15, 2024, where shareholders approved almost all resolutions, including the re-appointment of SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited as auditors. However, the resolution to re-elect Mr. Jiang Qi as an executive director was not passed, as 99.99% of votes were against it. The meeting also saw the successful re-election of several directors and the authorization for the board to fix directors’ remuneration.
