Inter & Company Incorporation Class A has announced that investment management firms Squadra Investimentos and Squadra Investments now collectively hold approximately 9.97% of the company’s Class A Common Shares. This substantial stake is composed of both Class A Common Shares and Brazilian Depositary Receipts. The firms have clarified that this acquisition is solely for investment purposes and not intended to alter the company’s control or management structure.
