Sanlam Private Wealth Pty Ltd (SPWWLS), a previous substantial holder in Hiremii Ltd, has offloaded a significant amount of shares, effectively ceasing to be a major shareholder as of August 19, 2024. This major transaction involved the off-market sale of 17,500,000 shares for a total consideration of $857,500. No new associates have been reported in relation to this change in shareholding.
