At the recent SPT Energy Group Inc. EGM, shareholders overwhelmingly approved all proposed resolutions, including the Amended Share Option Scheme and the refreshment of the Scheme Mandate Limit. The voting, conducted by poll, saw a more than 99% approval rate for each resolution. These resolutions were passed without opposition, as no shareholders expressed intentions to vote against or abstain in the previously circulated EGM notice.
