SPS Commerce Executive Chair Archie Black Announces Retirement

Sps Commerce (SPSC) just unveiled an update.

On February 29, 2024, SPS Commerce, Inc. announced that Archie Black, the Executive Chair of the Board, will retire and not seek re-election at the upcoming annual stockholders’ meeting. Having transitioned from CEO to Executive Chair in the previous year following the appointment of a new CEO, Black’s departure will mark the end of his tenure with the company. He will be entitled to retirement benefits as outlined in his executive agreement.
