Sprout AI Inc. has successfully merged with TheraCann International Benchmark Corp., and the new entity, now called Beyond Farming, will continue to be traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker BYFM. The amalgamation received strong support from minority shareholders and has led to the election of new directors, ensuring continuity and strategic growth.
