The deal, which includes a £10m cash payment to Springfield and infrastructure support from Barratt, is set to fast-track development and reduce Springfield’s capital commitments. This collaboration is expected to boost Springfield’s growth and optimize returns, marking a significant advancement in utilizing its land assets with planning permission.
