Springfield Properties PLC (GB:SPR) has released an update.
Sandy Adam, Chairman of Springfield Properties PLC, a prominent Scottish housebuilder, has sold 225,000 of his shares in the company. Following the sale, he still retains a substantial 31.7% stake, amounting to 37,663,019 shares. The transactions, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, were executed at an average price of 93.55 pence per share.
