Sandy Adam, Chairman of Springfield Properties PLC, has sold 125,000 shares at 96.23 pence each, reducing his stake to 31.9% of the company’s issued share capital. The sale took place on the London Stock Exchange on 7 June 2024, and the transaction details were made public in a recent announcement by the Scottish housebuilding company.
