Springfield Properties PLC (GB:SPR) has released an update.
Sandy Adam, Chairman of Springfield Properties PLC, has transferred a total of 10 million ordinary shares to his sons Gordon and Scott Adam at no cost, reducing his own stake in the company from 31.7% to 23.3%. Despite this significant share transfer, the overall interest of the Concert Party, which includes Sandy Adam’s family trusts, remains unchanged. The transaction was an off-market transfer, conducted on 4 July 2024.
