Springfield Properties PLC, a notable Scottish housebuilder, disclosed that CEO Innes Smith and his wife, Eilidh Smith, have recently engaged in ISA transfers involving the sale and repurchase of the company’s shares. Despite these transactions, Innes Smith maintains a 0.8% stake in Springfield, equating to 996,374 ordinary shares. These financial maneuvers occurred on the London Stock Exchange, reflecting a continued investment by the CEO in the company’s future.
