Spotlite360 IOT Solutions Inc., a supply chain technology solutions provider, has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, due to an audit delay from changing service providers. The company has received a management cease trade order but assures that trading for the general public will remain unaffected. Spotlite360 expects to complete the necessary filings by June 28, 2024, and will keep investors updated with bi-weekly reports in the interim.
