SPOD Lithium Corp has announced amendments to its option agreements for the MegaLi and LG4 properties, extending the exploration expenditure deadlines and modifying the terms for share issuances. Additionally, the company is strengthening its leadership with the appointment of Mr. Martin Dallaire as a new director, effective May 29, 2024. The changes to the agreements involve extended deadlines to December 31, 2024, for exploration expenditures, along with adjusted terms for issuing Class A common shares to its partners Visible Gold Mines Inc. and Noranda Royalties Inc.
