Spirit Technology Solutions Ltd. has announced board changes with the retirement of Non-Executive Director Greg Ridder and the resignation of Executive Director Elie Ayoub, effective 5th August 2024. Ridder is stepping down after significant contributions to the company’s strategic direction, including a Cyber First strategy and an overhaul of Managed Services. Ayoub will concentrate on his executive role within the company following his tenure on the board since June 2023.
