On September 2, 2025, Spirit Aviation Holdings, Inc. received a notice from NYSE Regulation about the commencement of proceedings to delist its common stock from NYSE American due to its voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 on August 29, 2025. As a result, trading in the company’s stock was suspended immediately, and it is expected to transition to the OTC market, which is less liquid and could depress the stock’s trading price. The company does not intend to appeal the delisting decision, and this transition will not affect its business operations.
