Spirent Communications PLC has reported a change in major holdings, with Aviva PLC’s voting rights decreasing from 6.22% to 5.9% as of August 12, 2024. The adjustment occurred due to transactions involving shares and financial instruments, resulting in Aviva now owning 34,126,371 voting rights within Spirent. This notification was triggered by the threshold change at both direct interest level and combined direct and financial instrument levels.
