Spire Healthcare Group PLC announced that all resolutions were approved at its tenth annual general meeting, with a high percentage of votes in favor for each resolution. The company had earlier released a trading update, and the details of the resolutions passed, including those concerning special business, will be made publicly available on their website and the National Storage Mechanism.
