Spheria Emerging Cos. Ltd. ( (AU:SEC) ) has shared an announcement.
Spheria Emerging Companies Limited has declared three fully franked monthly dividends of 1.1 cents per share for April, May and June 2026, reflecting its shift from quarterly to monthly distributions based on 1.5% of post-tax NTA per share. The June-quarter dividends were calculated off a 31 March 2026 post-tax NTA of $2.255 per share, which was hit by weaker markets, resulting in slightly lower payouts than earlier in the year.
The company’s dividend reinvestment plan will not apply to these payments, and total dividends since its 2017 IPO will reach 82.7 cents per share after the June payment. Management noted the portfolio modestly outperformed in a volatile quarter driven by geopolitical tensions, energy price rises and higher interest rates, and it sees compelling valuation opportunities in small-cap and micro-cap stocks even as the board continues to review dividend settings amid market uncertainty.
