Sphere 3D Counters Gryphon’s Claims and Pursues Justice

Sphere 3D (ANY) has released an update.

Sphere 3D Corp. has refuted claims by Gryphon Digital Mining that it will not seek liability for the impersonation of its CFO, stating that Gryphon has already compensated for the spoofing incident. The company emphasizes that it will continue to pursue its claims against Gryphon, which are estimated to exceed $25 million, following a spoofing attack that led to the termination of their Master Service Agreement (MSA).
