Spenda Limited has announced the issuance of a significant number of unquoted stock options, with two sets of options expiring in September 2027 at an exercise price of $0.0175. A total of 24,546,086 options will be issued on October 14, 2024, along with an additional 1,349,676 options that were issued earlier on October 3, 2024. These securities, issued under an employee incentive scheme, will not be quoted on the ASX until their transfer restrictions have lapsed.
