Following his resignation, Dale holds no securities as a registered holder but retains indirect interests through Humedale Pty Ltd, where he is a director and shareholder, and through the Humedale Super Fund account as joint trustee, including more than 1.6 million shares and several tranches of options, some of which lapsed upon his resignation, signalling a partial unwinding of his long-term equity exposure to the company.
