Spectur Ltd. has successfully closed its entitlement offer, raising a total of $461,547 with strong backing from key shareholders and the company’s Board, while also announcing the imminent issue of new shares and options. Despite a shortfall in the entitlement offer, the Board retains the right to place remaining shares within the next three months. The funds are earmarked for repaying an EGP loan, recapitalization, and supporting operational needs as they aim to achieve significant corporate milestones in the upcoming fiscal year.
