Independent Non-Executive Director Rhett Morson has resigned from the board of Spectur Limited, an Australian-based tech firm specializing in solar-powered security and environmental monitoring systems. Morson’s departure, for personal reasons, follows his brief but impactful tenure since December 2023. He remains a significant shareholder and the company expects his continued support.
