Spectris (GB:SXS) has released an update.
Spectris PLC has announced the purchase of 20,000 of its own ordinary shares on September 3, 2024, as part of its share buyback programme initiated on August 1, 2024. These repurchased shares, bought through Barclays Capital Securities Limited at varying prices, will be held in treasury, reducing the number of shares with voting rights to 100,177,024. The transaction is part of Spectris’s ongoing efforts to manage its share capital effectively.
