Spectris PLC has successfully repurchased 79,524 of its own ordinary shares on September 5, 2024, which will now be held in treasury. This move is part of a share buyback program initiated on August 1, 2024, and leaves the company with a total of 100,022,974 voting rights, excluding treasury shares. The transactions were conducted through multiple trading venues, with Barclays Capital Securities Limited acting as the broker.
