Spectris (GB:SXS) has released an update.
Spectris PLC has announced the buyback of 9,516 of its own ordinary shares on September 2, 2024, as part of its share repurchase program initiated on August 1, 2024. The repurchased shares, which were traded through various stock exchanges at prices ranging from 2,946.00 to 2,960.00 pence per share, will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 100,197,024 ordinary shares.
