Spectris (GB:SXS) has released an update.
Spectris PLC successfully executed a share buyback on September 4, 2024, purchasing 74,526 of its own ordinary shares, which will be held in treasury. The buyback, part of a previously announced program, was conducted across various trading venues at prices ranging from 2,860.00 to 2,896.00 pence per share. Post-transaction, Spectris PLC’s total number of ordinary shares in issue, including treasury shares, is 104,446,214, with the total voting rights in the company now standing at 100,102,498.
