Spectris PLC has executed a share buyback program, purchasing 40,000 of its own ordinary shares, which will be held in treasury. The transaction, carried out through Barclays Capital Securities Limited, is part of a previously announced initiative from August 1, 2024. Following the buyback, Spectris PLC’s total shares in issue, including those in treasury, now number 104,446,214, with the total voting rights, excluding treasury shares, standing at 99,758,353.
