Spectris (GB:SXS) has released an update.
Spectris PLC recently announced the repurchase of 909 of its ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program, with the transactions facilitated by Barclays Capital Securities Limited. This buyback activity reflects the company’s strategic efforts to manage its share capital, as the repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Following the purchase, Spectris PLC’s total number of ordinary shares, including those held in treasury, comes to 104,446,214, with the number of voting rights standing at 99,798,353.
