Spectris (GB:SXS) has released an update.
Spectris PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 17,110 ordinary shares through Barclays Capital Securities Limited, to be held in treasury. This is part of an ongoing share buyback programme initiated on August 1, 2024. Following the transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue, including those in treasury, amounts to 104,446,214, with the total voting rights, excluding treasury shares, standing at 99,928,508.
