Spectris (GB:SXS) has released an update.
Spectris PLC has announced that Angela Noon, the Executive Director and CFO, accepted long-term incentive plan (LTIP) share awards, with a potential to vest in a total of 74,906 ordinary shares. These awards include both performance-based and buy-out awards from her previous employment, with vesting periods extending up to 2029, subject to employment and performance conditions. The transaction, outside of a trading venue, involves a nominal option price of 5p per share with no additional consideration for the grant.
