Spectral Medical Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Spectral Medical (TSE:EDT) has released an update.

Spectral Medical Inc. has announced that all proposed resolutions were approved at their Annual Meeting of shareholders, including the re-election of seven directors and the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors. The company is in the late stages of seeking U.S. FDA approval for PMX, their endotoxin removal device, which is already approved in Japan and Europe and has been used on over 340,000 patients.
