Spectral AI, Inc. has appointed David McGuire as its Chief Financial Officer, effective May 4, 2026, following an April 8, 2026 announcement by the board. McGuire brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including senior roles at publicly traded Solo Brands, Inc. and EZCORP, Inc., and a 14-year tenure at Ernst & Young LLP, and will report to CEO Vincent Capone.
Under his employment terms, McGuire will receive a $330,000 annual salary, eligibility for a performance-based bonus of up to 30 percent of salary, a guaranteed minimum 2026 bonus, and a one-time sign-on bonus. He will also be granted stock options for 150,000 shares that vest over three years and fully accelerate upon a change of control, aligning his incentives with shareholders and signaling the company’s focus on strengthening its financial leadership and governance framework.
