Spectra7 Microsystems Inc. successfully conducted its 2024 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, securing unanimous approval for all proposed resolutions. These resolutions included the re-election of four directors, the reappointment of the company’s auditor, and the endorsement of changes to the stock option and restricted share unit plans. The amended plans, pending final TSX Venture Exchange approval, will potentially issue common shares amounting to 20% of Spectra7’s current outstanding shares.
