Spearmint Resources Inc. has announced a private placement offering aimed at raising capital through the sale of over 15 million units at $0.016 each, with additional purchase options at a higher price. The proceeds from this offering, expected to close by the end of October 2024, will be used for general corporate purposes and to fund the company’s existing project evaluations and work. Notably, the offering will be available to Canadian residents, excluding Quebec, without the usual hold period for securities.
