SPC Nickel Corp. has expanded its private placement offering from $1.5 million to $2.015 million and lowered the issue price of its flow-through shares. The additional funds will be invested in advancing key projects within the Sudbury Mining Camp and the Muskox Property in Nunavut, focusing on critical mineral exploration. The offering, which includes common shares and warrants, is still subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
