Sparton Resources Inc. has announced a private placement offering aimed at raising C$500,000 to fund their exploration activities for critical metals and gold in Ontario and Quebec. The offering will involve up to 10 million Flow-Through Shares at C$0.05 each to support projects like the Pense-Montreuil polymetallic Project and the Oakes Project.
