Sparton Resources Inc. has announced a private placement offering aimed at raising C$500,000 to fund their exploration activities for critical metals and gold in Ontario and Quebec. The offering will involve up to 10 million Flow-Through Shares at C$0.05 each to support projects like the Pense-Montreuil polymetallic Project and the Oakes Project. These projects hold promise due to their proximity to historical and current mineral production sites, and the proceeds will be used for ground surveys and drilling in these potential resource-rich areas.
