Sparton Resources Secures Funds for Quebec Metals Project

Sparton Resources (TSE:SRI) has released an update.

Sparton Resources Inc. has successfully completed a private placement offering, raising C$320,000 for its critical metals exploration in Quebec. The funds will finance the initial drilling of several targets on the Quebec side of the Pense-Montreuil Project, famed for its potential massive sulphide bodies indicated by recent surveys. The company has issued 6,4 million Quebec Flow-Through Shares at C$0.05 each to fund Canadian exploration expenses, which will be renounced to the purchasers by the end of 2024.
