Sparton Resources Inc. has successfully closed the initial part of its private placement offering, raising C$320,000 to fund exploration activities for its Critical Metals projects in Quebec. The offering included the issuance of 6.4 million Quebec Flow-Through Shares and 560,000 finders’ warrants. The proceeds will support the exploration of polymetallic mineralization at the Pense-Montreuil project, with planned activities including data compilation, anomaly validation, and core drilling.
