Sparta Group has announced the extension of its non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to $1,000,000 by selling units at $0.02 each until August 25, 2024. The proceeds will fund the launch of TruckSuite™ Canada, covering various fees but not for paying non-arm’s length parties or investor relations. Sparta specializes in integrating emerging technologies into its decentralized business model, focusing on environmental, energy, and innovative solutions.
