Sparta Capital Ltd. is set to enhance its TruckSuite Canada product offering with a new non-brokered private placement, seeking to raise up to $1 million through the sale of 50 million units at $0.02 each. These funds are earmarked for various corporate purposes, including the setup of TruckSuite Canada’s operations. The offering, which includes common shares and warrants, is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange and comes with certain investment conditions.
